Legal Question in Family Law in Nebraska

How do I file a TRO preventing my ex from moving out of state with my kids

Our divorce was in Wyoming, but the ex had

already moved to NE before custody was final. I

moved to Iowa (I couldn't find work in NE) to be

closer to kids, and now the ex plans to move to

South Dakota to be with her boyfriend. All I want to

do is stop this move. I've moved closer so I can

see my kids on weekends, and she doesn't care

about their relationship with me. I don't have the

money for a lawyer. I need to know 1.) how to

transfer jurisction from WY to NE and 2) how to go

about writing and filing a Temp. Restraining Order

to stop the move. I don't mind representing

myself, but just need some help learning how to

write the motion(s) and the filing process. Any

help would be greatly appriciated.

Go to my site at http://falseallegations.com . There you will see an alphabetical list of files. Click on NE EXEAT. Also click where it says WHEN ONE PARENT IS IN ONE STATE

AND THE OTHER PARENT AND THE CHILD ARE IN ANOTHER.

Once there, you'll find lots more to answer some of your other questions.
