ex wants to give me my son
my ex wants to give me my son as she cant handle him anymore we were never married but i do pay child support i have 3 kids with her would it be legal for me to have her sign a paper stating that she is giving me custody of him or how should i do this?

Your best course of action would be to file a modification of custody with the court. That way, if she changes her mind in the future, she needs to go to the court for recourse, plus the court will modify the child support so that you are no longer paying on your son.
