Legal Question in Family Law in Nebraska

live in girlfriend

i have been living with my girlfriend for about 7 years and we have a daughter together. I am tired of her ways and want her out of my house. THe house is in my name and I pay for all the bills. I have told her she has 30 days to get out but she refuses to leave. THe police Tell me this is a civil matter. What can I do
