Rights of child
My 13 yr old daughter wants to lve with me but her father has custody. the father listed on the birth certificate isnt her real father. what can we do?

You haven't really explained whether the custodial parent is the biological father or whether he is the father as listed on the birth certificate. In any event the time to litigate this issue is probably long past.
Your only remedy at this time is to seek a modificiation of the custody order that granted permanent physical custody to her father, whether that person is a biological father or not.
