Will my income be responsible to pay my fiance's back child support if we marry?

I am a mother of three, considering to marry a man who owes back child support for his 16 year old daughter. He was paying her cash and has no receipts to prove he paid her support and long story short she's got him for 8,000 back child support. Can she go after me if I marry him and take away my income I rely on to support my kids?

No, but you need to keep your accounts separate in that case.
