Legal Question in Medical Leave in Nebraska
Do all States have ''State'' FMLA?
I know Wisconsin has state FMLA but I'm wondering about Nebraska? Any advice where I can find this information? Also, if they do have state, where can I find their laws?
thanks in advance

You may want to start by checking to see if the state has its own Department of Labor. A visit to its website could reveal the information that you seek. If that does not reveal what you are seeking, you can also contact an attorney in Nebraska. To locate that attorney, you can look at www.nela.org.
