judge's rights
May a judge dismiss your attorney? My sister is being charged for something. And since the prosecutor decided not to go after jail time, the judge dismissed my sister's legal representation. Can they do that or am I missing something?

More information is needed. Did the judge appoint the attorney or did your sister hire him or her? Why did the judge dismiss the attorney? Has your sister been sentenced yet?
