Re: Hi

The fact that your case is pending could mean that the background check is still in process, and this is often the case. The wait can be long for a background check to be complete. Did you use an attorney to help you through this process? If not, I suggest that you do.

Re: Writ of Mandamus

If you were not found guilty and you are not mistaken about this, it seems that your case is pending for fbi name check. We have worked on many cases where this has been happening lately. If you are in California especially Bay Area or in the vicinity our office can assist you with something called a writ of mandamus. Re: Hi

You should definitely consult with an immigration lawyer to see what the likelihood of you receiving your green card is. There are certain criminal convictions that make you ineligible for a green card and may put you at a risk of being placed in removal proceedings. But this will really depend on your entire immigration history and a lawyer should be able to work with you to find out what your situation will be based upon what you were convicted of.

Our office concentrates in criminal deportation defense and should you wish to consult with us, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please visit our website for useful information that might help you. Our website address is http://www.thakerlaw.com

Thank you!
