My H1B got denied , for some reason , every evidence requested were submitted , can i appeal ? is there any process

Appealing H-1B denial
There is a process to file a Motion to Reopen/Reconsider or appeal the denial. It can take many months, even over a year, for a decision on these filings. however. I strongly recommend that you speak with an attorney to see if you have a good case and to help you prepare the paperwork.
