Sorry, but your question is so incomplete that it is really quite impossible to answer it as framed. If you amplify, perhaps we can help.
For background, consider the following:
Ideas are inherently unprotectable. Expressions of original ideas may well be protectable, either by copyright (of the expression itself) or by patent (a bit broader, but harder to get). If you created an original protectable work while acting in your capacity as an employee, then ordinarily the work is the property of the employer.
