Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Nebraska

Emancipation

I need to know the systematic process(es) neccessary to obtain legal emancipation before the automatic age of 19 and around the age of 18, prior a move to another state. Please include the time frames most likely to pass before emancipation is complete or in session of completion.

Thank You.
