I have worked for 13 years for a large retal company, In this time I have transfered to two different states and worked, done support help and gone to numerous states,and opened new stores.
The last two years have become hell.I have been told I am on the get rid of list,When there are problems related to work I hve gone the chain of comand and nothing is done.
The policy at our corporation is when you go for your review it is never to be a surprise,if you are doing badly in any area you are to be couched nd couseled.Well this has never happened and I went in the last 2 years and recieved bad reviews. This year no raise etc.
I was tltaly taken by surprise, and tataly had a melt down.As a single person, responsible for my self and the fear of losing my job and being treated with nothing positive. I am on mecical leave and getting cousoling due to numerous things that have happened at this place.
I need hel is there any thing I can do.
They are responsibel for the situation I am in.

Do you have a written contract or employee handbook?
I would like to review that and any written materials which relate to your employment situation.
I am assuming your are not in a union (collective bargaining agreement).
Also, I am assuming you are in an "at will" situation. (You can quit without notice and be fired without notice.)
I need more specifics re: your medical leave to advise you.
