Legal Question in Employment Law in Nebraska

Nebraska Labor Law

My employer, of the last 3 years, told me that my salary will change and be based on 4% of total company deposits. We are a small company (5 employees) and are deposits greatly vary. I was hired as an office manager and was later directed to concentrate on sales. Can my employer legally changed my income? I'm the only one that had his changed to a percentage. Obviously I'm seeking new employment. Please advise if I need to find an attorney. Thank you.

Re: Nebraska Labor Law

You have no written contract and are not Union, so as an at-will employee you could be terminated without notice. So, your compensation could also be changed without notice.
