Legal Question in Employment Law in Nebraska

Being Railroaded

I have worked for the company for 13 years this month as a team leader. I went on a leave in May due to a nervous break down from the stress at work. I went back Sept3 the last day I would get paid for FMLA.They have hen pecked me for all these months It takes 120 days to fire some some for this retail company. As I am friends with an HR at another store. Needles to say I have 2 write ups now and the third one will be in 30 days as a termination as they say I am not performing as a team leader I went from working in the deli to there food ave. Then when I came backthey put me on the sales floor which is a totally different ball game. Last Monday when I went in my Ex said he has seen little improvement and that they could be paying a regular team member less money for what I do. They find the lttilest things to write me up on.They want me to step down which would be at least a 3.00 and hr cut in pay + i get 4 weeks of vacation a year and 32 hrs personel holidays. I am a my witts end and know Feb the 9th is my final write up. They used me thru the holidays and I know what is going to happen.Would you advice me on if a lawyer is what I need for the degrading and the hell I have been thru and am still fighting.
