Legal Question in Employment Law in Nebraska

Termination without seeing Evaluatiom

I am not being retained for a job next summer because the ETS says my evaulation was poor. I was never allowed to see my evaluation to see what was really was said in that document.

Is there any law requiring the ETS (Educational Testing Service) to show me evaluation so I know was really said about me to cause me not to be retained. The ETS says it is their policy not to release evaluation. I believe that is wrong and an empolyee has the right to see it.
