Can an apartment discrimanate against a felon
My son is a convicted felon and now trying to start his life over. He has a good job and trying to get an apartment. No one will rent to him. Is there something in the law that says they have to rent to him?

No. In factn landlords face liability (to other tenants) if they rent to felons under certain circumstances. Why doesn,t he buy a bldg or old house and rent out a part to others?
