What is the Nebraska law for how many days the landlord must give in an event of an eviction?

Landlord doesn't actually "give" you anything. You are obligated to pay rent for every day you remain, landlord may get a judgment for the rent you owe, and if you don't pay it he may turn it over to collection agency and put it on your credit record making it difficult for you to rent or buy a home in the future. Part of the eviction process is to provide you with a 3 day notice to quit; but as I stated above, it isn't free or a gift.
