Late Fees
My lease includes a $5.00 per day late fee. My rent is $470 a month.
Can the landlord really charge this much late fee?

Yes, you told them they could by signing the lease.

yes they can. $5.00 is quite reasonable compared to many. You were notified of teh late fee when you signed the lease.
