Re: hi

The landlord is not actually required to give you anything and it is his place, you must pay rent for the right to use it. If you have not paid your rent, you have no right to remain there. In order for the landlord to petition the court to have you physically removed from the property, he must first deliver what is known as a "3-day notice to quit". If you haven't left within 3 days after receiving the notice, the landlord may ask the court to have you removed by a deputy sheriff and your personal property will be placed on the sidewalk. The landlord may also collect rent for the entire time you occupied the property, even after he has told you to leave, until such time as you do actually leave or are removed.
