do you have to let people cross your land to get to the land on the other side with our any other access. there is no easment.

What you describe would be a very unusual situation. Why isn't there any other access? Does your land completely surround theirs? If so, and there is no easement granted in their deed; they can go to court and get an easement by necessity. If they have other property owners on all sides of them which prevent them from getting to a road, then they are entitled by law to obtain an easement through necessity. Usually, the easement will be over the land of the party who sold them the parcel of land. Your facts aren't very clear and a diagram usually helps a lot with real estate problems. If you are having a problem with one of your neighbors crossing your land, you should consult with an attorney as soon as possible. If you let too much time go by, you may lose the right to object later. It is far cheaper, to pay an attorney a few hundred dollars to evaluate your situation, than it is to risk a permanent loss of a property right.
