seller disclosure
The house I bought in 2003 has had basement water leakage problems since the first spring after I bought it. The seller disclosure stated that there was no water leakage problem. What is the length of time allowed to sue the seller for misrepresenting the house?

Generally you have 4 years from the time you discovered the defect to bring an action. From your statement, it would appear you are too late to file an action; but I would recommend you consult with an attorney immediately to determine the precise timing.
