Legal Question in Traffic Law in Nebraska
No legal reason for being pulled over
I was driving in my neighborhood to pick up my brother from school but do not have my permit yet, though I am of age. An officer pulled me over and said that I looked young. I was cited for driving without a permit. What are my chances of fighting it in court?

Fight how? You didn't have a permit to drive and you were driving. Why do you think you shouldn't have to pay? The officer had every legal right to pull you over.
