Re: unmarked intersection accident
There are a number of ways that an accident might occur at an intersection. Most accidents happen at intersections. If you are asking who has the right of way; vehicles turning left yield to oncoming traffic and vehicles approaching an intersection at a 90 degree angle to each should yield to the driver on their right. Right of way is not an absolute right however, and other factors may render a decision against you even if you possessed the right of way.
