Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nebraska

I'm 55 and I've never had a will. I Should have but I never did. One of my news years resolutions for 2007 is get a will and I'm looking at doing it online at lawdepot website

My question is. Do you think it's a good idea to use this source for my living will? is it binding and legal?
