Legal Question in Family Law in Nepal

Hi,my father tourture my mom always since the beginning of marriage...after my brith also he is like tht.he was ex army in small post n works in a private office now.me n muma we think n follow modern world bt he is a old thinker.he wants us to be in his under.my muma wears jeans,tee bt he is against tht.Eevn he give mental n physical tourture.its many times.he listen to other people n come at home n fite with muma.he even ve so much possessive tht if she talks with another man or ride bike then he blame tht he was his husband.he use so much slang n cheap words.he wants to make us like slave especially muma.

my home is in my muma name?home is in loan n muma took loan from outside to complete home n also for bacis needs purpose.he left home for almost 2 yrs n he even didnt pay any loan at bank n didnt care for our needs.no fooding,no scholling nthng.so we dont ve money tht time so we told bank to sell home in auction bt bank suggested us not to seell like tht n to search buyer n sale.so we search the buyer n he did some payment tht money i applied for usa for schooling in Bsc in enginering.

so now listening other advice he started paying loans at bank n he suddenly came home forcefully three days back.we inform police bt police team up with him n jailed me n muma..so the jailer frees us in some points tht to transfer property in father name ,next to

My muma wants divorce n wants her part of property n wants to live freely n happily.

So can u advice me what the next step that i can go ahead?

What will be the further step for my muma so that she can get divorce with property n free from the cage of this evil?
