I'm nepali girl. my father married before 17 yrs. from 12 yrs father is ignoring us. no +ve response. we think there another women. we r sitting other house paying rent its difficult to pay as wellas feeds study and other demands. we try to manage but not. now we want our rights. how to proceeds

You can file a case against your father on both criminal (dual marriage) and civil (obligation to maintain) grounds. Your mom can also seek a divorce and get his property.
