Legal Question in Family Law in Nepal

After Getting PR of Australia how will spouse's PR status be affected after divorce ?will he or she still be able to stay in Australia or not? PLz I need help

Dear Sir / Madam,

As per the prevailing Immigration laws in Australia, a person who has acquired Permanent Residency Status is entitled to stay and work in Australia as long as he / she desires. It is independent of the marital status.
