Nude Photos

I Live in North Carolina and my Ex boyfriend lives in Amsterdam Holland .. during our relationship there were some nude webcam videos shared between us .. unknown to me he somehow kept them and now that we are seperated he has emailed me and threatened threatened to publish them on his website as well as others .. one of the mails was in the form of a blackmail ... respond to me in ten minutes or they will be up in an hour .. Do i have any legal recourse??

You have the opportunity to ask the President of the District Court for injuctive relief; an order not to publicize these pictures, with a penalty if the order is not adhered to.
