Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

I hired an attorney after a car accident in 2008 and they have not done anything in this case. my calls are ignored and i have been lied to the the clerk who works there. besides the obvious what should i do now

Please be advised that Nevada has a two (2) year statute of limitations so some type of action needs to be taken within two years after the accident. You have a right to see your file and the progress thus far, and if you are not able to do so, then you should likely consider other options to pursue your claim.
