Interpreter requirement for deaf patients

Does the ADA mandate a solo practitioner to provide interpretation services for a deaf patient?

Based upon the information that you have supplied it appears that you may have a claim against the "sole practitioner," who would be required under Title III of the ADA to provide you with an interpretor if necessary for "effective communication."
