Legal Question in Disability Law in Nevada

Hi I live in Nevada. I"m divorce with joint physical and custody of my daughter who is twelve. I start to go back to school and so I change vistation with her Dad so I was able to go to school. During this time he felt he didnt need to pay child support. Which is in are divorce deed. And now he doesnt want to go back to are regular schedule. Since now school is done. I would like to collect back child support which is about a year and half owe. And set up vistitation schedule and child support pay regularly. What are my steps?
