Legal Question in Disability Law in Nevada

My recent car accident produced several post concussion problems. My employer is claiming these problems were pre exisiting and that I am faking injury so that their insurance will pay for my car accident injury of 16 years ago. One of the upper echelon managers is accusing me of lieing and being involved in a crooked procedure to cheat his company. I am disabled and wonder if I have to put up with this harassment in the work place as I do my limitied duty work tasks.

If they take any real action against you, or if the verbal harassment continues, you may have a case for ADA discrimination or retaliation based on the ADA. Try to keep your job though. These cases can take a long time.
