Legal Question in Disability Law in Nevada

I recently had a baby and was granted 12 weeks maternity leave under the FMLA guidelines but was unable return to work due to post partum depression. I now have a short term disaility claim pending. Is my job protected or can my company terminate me?

I believe under the circumstances you describe that your employer must make 'reasonable accommodation' for your disability. However, without a complete knowledge of the facts it is difficult to be certain.
