3 apartment communities that owe money

I have a small business doing work

for apartment communities in las

vegas.

3 communities owe us between

6,000 and 7,800 dollars. I want to

put a lien on those properties. How

do I do that- what are the

requirements?

You can't just put a lien on the property. You have to file a lawsuit and obtain a judgment. Then you can file a judgment lien.
