Do I owe?
I was wondering if I would owe a boyfriend if he payed my credit card but we never agreed on me paying him back?

It kind of depends what the credit card was used for. If gifts, no; if bills, yes. Of course the Judge would have to believe it was a loan and not a gift. However, oral loan agreements are enforceable.
