Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
I have 2 busineses, one is an incorporation, the other an llc ,if I file personal bankruptcy can the bankruptcy trustee take those businesses and sell them?

While it is possible that the trustee could take those businesses and sell them, Nevada law does provide exemption for corporations and llcs under certain circumstances. In many, but not all instances, you could keep these businesses even though you filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
