Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
Attorny's wilful disregard to client's instructions
My attorney wilfully disregarded my repeated instructions to accept trustee's money judgment settlement offer. Instead, unilaterly filed for a summary judgement motion thus alienating the trustee. What is the remedy?

Re: Attorny's wilful disregard to client's instructions
Fire the attorney and call the trustee yourself to see if the offer is still open. The attorney has the sole discretion as to strategy of the case and if he thought it was best to reject and file for summary judgment, he is allowed to do that.
Who prevailed on the Motion?
