Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
auto title
I received bankruptcy in 2001 and
named my auto in it. The dmv told me
I had to get the title from auto loan co.
Are they required to grant it to me,
amd if not, what can I do with the auto
with no title?

Re: auto title
You have to pay them what is owed to get your car back. You can probably pay them a reduced amount or just continue to drive with no title. It only means that you can't sell the car.
