Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
my bankruptcy court demanded my tax return from 2008 as part of my final. IF there is no demand on this money from my debts, do I get it back?

The only way you will get any funds back is if you paid all of your creditors in FULL. If so, then any amount over the amount due and owing to your creditors will be returned to you. SO, say for example your tax return in $5,000.00 but you only owe your creditors $2500.00, then you will receive $2,500.00 back from the Trustee.
