Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
Bought a watercraft from private party in NV, got watercraft and bill of sale, said they would get Title to me after the payoff money was sent to bank. Never received Title and now they are filing chapter 7. Leinholder wont give me any info, and the original owners say they notified bankrupcy court and the leinholder that it was sold. I live in CA, How do i get the title?

You will need to coordinate with the Debtor's attorney and the Trustee handling the case. You may need a court order to complete the sale.
