Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
I am a California attorney who wishes to appear pro hac vice to file a Chapter 13 consumer BK on behalf of a Nevada resident. (I'm representing the client against people here in California who defrauded him.) I'm in need of a Nevada attorney who is admitted to practice before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada to associate for this purpose. No work on your part would be required except to forward any communications received from the court pursuant to the local rules. Thank you for any assistance.

I'd be happy to speak with you about this, but for social & political reasons, I would recommend that you utilize the "home town" connection a little more than you suggest.
I would do it for you as I have done it for another attorneys. I would have to attend every court hearing with you which is required under the local rules. I am also a member of the California Bar so I can share a fee with you. I also do a lot of bankruptcy litigation, having defended against 523 complaints as well as prosecuted some.
