Chapter 7 dismissal

Filed chapter 7 and missed payment due to inability to make. Case was just dismissed and would like to know where I stand now.They Repo'd truck after C/U dissision. can my wages be garnished , can I file again with different help?

or am i just at the end of the line and deal with creditors?

New job,different outlook.

Look at the Order dismissing your case. Often the court will state that another case may not be filed for 180 days. If so, you can file again after that period. If not, you are free to file another Chapter 7.

Do you mean they dismissed your Ch. 13 case? A chapter 7 does not have payments. You can file a ch. 7 now if you want to get rid of non-secured creditors. Send me an e-mail if you want more info.
