Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
chapter 7
I�m currently unemployed. However I collect $7500 per month in on rental properties that I am letting foreclose. I�m not paying the mortgages. Does this disqualify me from filing chapter 7

No, but if you aren't paying the mortgages the Chapter 7 Trustee may take the $7,500 per month from you.

No, but you will have to turn the rental income over to the bankruptcy trustee.
