Chapter 13
What I was wondering if you are allowed to sell your house under a Chapter 13 and if so do profits have to go to the Bankruptcy.

Sale of House during Chapter 13
Trustee permission is required to sell a house during a Chapter 13. Whether the proceeds must be used to pay off the creditors is a decision that is discretionary with each Trustee. However, most Trustees do insist that the creditors be paid from the sale proceeds. That is why an experienced Bankruptcy attorney will recommend other options.
