Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
civil judgement from direct-tv
i was one of 42 people in us and canada sued by direct tv for piricy cards.they won a 2.5mil default judgement in washington against me,plus 30k in attorney fees.this was all civil.they have now filed there judgement in nevada as of dec 22.my question is ,can chapter 7 wipe this judgement out?

Unless the judgment can be construed to find you guilty of one of the enumerated categories of nondischargeable debt, like fraud, conversion, wilful and malicious injury, etc., it may be discharged.
