Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
company went out of business
I was working on my divorce with a paralegal and my paperwork was supposenly processed to the court for action when my business ,went out of business. I have already paid him over 500$ There is no forwarding address, no phone , I tried contacting the leasing agent of the property and they were not of any assistance. How do I find out if my paperwork was processed? If it wasn't how can i get it back. Where do I go or who do I call at the local court to find out the status?

You can go to the court house at 601 North Pecos Road and go to the records department of the clerk's office on the first floor.
