Can a Co-signer sue the Main Signer?
About 3 years ago my friend co-signed for me on a yamaha account, I recently got behind and going need to file bankruptcy which clears me from the creditor but not my friend, Can he my friend still sue me after i file bankruptcy?

No. If he did after you filed, he would violate federal law and you could sue him for the violation.
