I won in small claim court and I have started the wage garrnishment two days before she filed in BC. Can this be discharged in BC.

Discharge of Small claims judgment
Yes, Bankruptcy discharges most types of court judgments, except for child support, alimony, student loans, and matters that are quasi-criminal in nature. (Such as injuries from a DUI, assault, fraud, embezzlement, etc)
