divorce judgement and bankrupcy
I recently finalized my divorce and I got a judgement against my exwife for 40.000 at 10 % interest. she works for us postal service so I got the papers to garnish her pay and she said she was going to do a bankrupcy so wouldnt ever get the money even though she has it in a thrift savings of over 80.000. is it true she can do this

Bankruptcy is a constitutional right so she can file. However, the Court may make her pay some or all back over a period of 5 years depending on her income.
