Are evictions dischargable on chapter 7 bankruptcy

Yes, but if you have possession, the b/k judge will grant relief from stay so that you can be evicted before the discharge. Any amount you owe will be discharged, but the credit reporting agencies can still report that an unlawful detainer judgment was entered against you.
